PMI-ACP EXAM PREPARATION COURSE

PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® is the fastest growing certification of 08 traditional PMI certifications. Organizations that are highly agile and responsive to market dynamics complete more of their projects successfully than their slower-moving counterparts - 75 percent versus 56 percent - as shown in PMI’s 2015 Pulse of the Profession® report.

PMI-ACP® certification is highlighted with the standards-based knowledge that can be flexibly applied to any organization, and to any type of project. Holding the PMI-ACP® is a proof of the individual's ability to understand Agile, and to be ready to apply it in a real-world environment regardless of the field of the project. Program content spans many flexible approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP (eXtreme Programming) and TDD (Test-Driven Development).

PMI-ACP program has an objective of supporting participants to pass PMI-ACP exam on the first try. The program lasts more than 2 months, including 07 weeks of content learning, 02 week of classroom activity (review fill gap) and unlimited online support.

Prerequisites:

• Secondary degree

• 12 months of general project experience within the last 5 years. A current PMP® or PgMP® will satisfy this requirement but is not required to apply for the PMI-ACP

• 8 months of agile project experience within the last 3 years

• Participants are facilitated to present problems, ask questions, share thoughts during the course to review & fill gaps (RFG) the knowledge, and adjust their mindset to be appropriate and correct with the support from experienced instructors (passed minimum 4-15 international certifications with maximum results).
